How credits work

Credits cover the work Coretas does for you. Nothing else in the platform costs anything.

What uses credits

Each action has a starting price. A copilot chat starts at 3 credits, a media plan at 25, building and pushing a full campaign at 50, and ad copy or a forecast at 1. Longer, heavier requests can cost more, up to four times the starting price. Dashboards, reports, monitoring, connecting accounts and reviewing plans you already have cost nothing.

What you get each month

Starter includes 500 credits a month: about 20 media plans, or 40 to 160 copilot chats depending on their length. Agency includes 500 for every brand, topped up from the parent account. Enterprise is set to your usage. Monthly credits do not roll over, purchased credits do.

Your dashboards, reports and existing plans keep working. Only new generations pause, and you can top up in one click from your account.
