This policy applies to you, to everyone you invite to your account, and to anyone using the platform through your credentials.
The purpose is narrow: keep the platform secure, keep our access to advertising platforms intact, and keep other customers unaffected.
1. Account and access
You must not:
- share your credentials, or let anyone outside your organisation use your account, unless they are a client or agency partner you have properly invited,
- create accounts by automated means, or create multiple accounts to obtain additional trials, credits or free access,
- misrepresent who you are, who you work for, or which company you are accepting the Terms on behalf of, or
- resell, sublicense, rent or provide access to the platform to a third party, unless you are on a plan that expressly allows you to serve clients.
2. Advertising accounts and data
You must not:
- connect an advertising account you do not own and are not authorised to manage,
- use Coretas to access, view, analyse or extract data from any account other than one you own or are authorised to manage,
- use Coretas to gather competitive intelligence about a third party's advertising account without their authorisation, or
- extract data from the platform other than through the export and reporting features we provide.
3. Advertising platform rules
You must comply with the terms, policies and advertising rules of every advertising platform you connect. You must not use Coretas to:
- publish advertising that breaches a platform's advertising policies,
- circumvent a platform's rate limits, policy enforcement, ad review, account restriction or suspension,
- obscure the identity of the advertiser or the destination of an ad, or
- operate advertising accounts in a way a platform has told you or us is not permitted.
A breach here risks our API access as well as yours, so we enforce this one strictly and may act immediately.
4. Advertising content
You must not use Coretas to create, prepare or publish advertising that:
- is deceptive or fraudulent, or makes claims you cannot substantiate,
- promotes illegal products or services, or products or services illegal in the market you are targeting,
- infringes a third party's trademark, copyright or right of publicity,
- targets people in a way that is unlawfully discriminatory,
- is directed at children in breach of applicable law, or
- concerns a regulated category without meeting that category's requirements.
5. Technical
You must not:
- probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the platform, or breach or circumvent any security or authentication measure, except under a security testing arrangement we have agreed in writing,
- interfere with the platform's operation, including by overloading it, flooding it with requests, or bypassing usage or credit limits,
- access the platform by automated means other than an API we provide for that purpose, including scraping and headless browsing,
- reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the platform, or attempt to derive its source code, models or prompts,
- upload malware or any code intended to harm or gain unauthorised access to a system, or
- use the platform to develop, train, benchmark or evaluate a competing product.
6. AI features
You must not use Coretas AI features to:
- generate content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful or sexually explicit,
- attempt to make the platform disclose its system instructions, another customer's data, or data you are not authorised to see,
- attempt to bypass safety limits in the underlying models, or
- generate output for a purpose unrelated to advertising and marketing analysis.

7. Legal
You must not use Coretas in breach of applicable law, including data protection, privacy, marketing, consumer protection, export control and sanctions law. You must not upload personal data you have no legal basis to process, and you must not upload special category personal data or payment card data to the platform.
8. Enforcement
If we believe this policy has been breached, we may investigate, and we may restrict a feature, suspend an account, or terminate access. Where the risk is to our systems, to other customers, or to our access to an advertising platform, we may act immediately and without notice. Otherwise we will normally contact you first and give you a chance to fix it.
We may be required to disclose a breach to an advertising platform or to a regulator.
Termination for breach of this policy does not entitle you to a refund. See the Refund Policy.
9. Reporting
Report suspected abuse, and security vulnerabilities, to info@coretas.ai. We do not pursue good faith security research that follows a responsible disclosure process and does not access other customers' data.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy at any time. Unless the law, or an agreement we have signed with you, requires otherwise, a change takes effect as soon as we post it here, without prior notice to you, and the version on this page is the version that applies. We recommend checking this page from time to time. Prior versions are available on request from info@coretas.ai.
Material changes to the Terms of Use themselves follow the notice process in section 19 of those Terms.
