Cookie Notice

Version 1.0  ·  Effective September 9, 2026  ·  Last updated September 9, 2026

This policy forms part of the Coretas Terms of Use and is incorporated into them by reference. Where this policy and the Terms of Use conflict on a matter this policy covers, this policy applies.

What coretas.ai sets in your browser, why, and how to refuse it.

This notice explains what we set in your browser on coretas.ai and in the Coretas platform, why, and how to refuse or change it. It supplements the Privacy Statement.

1. What cookies and similar technologies are

A cookie is a small file a site stores in your browser. We also use similar technologies such as local storage and tags. Where this notice says "cookies" it means all of them.

2. What we use, and why

CategoryWhat it doesConsent
Strictly necessaryKeeps you signed in, keeps your session secure, remembers interface choices, and remembers your cookie choice itself. The platform cannot work without these. Not required
AnalyticsGoogle Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager. Tells us which pages and features are used, how visitors arrive, and where they get stuck, so we can improve the product and the site. Includes an approximate location derived from your IP address, and device and browser information.Required in the EEA and the UK
Advertising and conversion measurementTags that measure whether an advertising campaign of ours led to a signup, and that build audiences for our own marketing.Required in the EEA and the UK

The specific cookies in each category change as we add and remove tools. We may add, change or remove cookies, tags, analytics tools, product analytics and session recording tools at any time and without prior notice, within the categories described above. Where we introduce something that needs your consent, we will ask for it through the mechanism in section 3 before it is set.

3. Your choice

Strictly necessary cookies are set without asking, because the site and the platform cannot function without them.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, analytics and advertising cookies are not set until you accept them. When you first arrive you will see a banner asking you to accept or reject. Nothing in those two categories runs while the banner is open or after you reject. Your choice is remembered for twelve months, and you can change it at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of any page.

If you are elsewhere, analytics and advertising cookies may be set when you arrive, which is the ordinary practice in those markets. You can still reject them at any time using the same Cookie settings link, and we will remember that.

We apply your choice through Google Consent Mode, so it is passed to Google's tags rather than only stored on our side.

4. Other ways to refuse

5. Cookies set by others

Google sets and reads the analytics and advertising cookies described above as our service provider, and handles that data under its own terms as well. When you connect an advertising account, the sign-in flow happens on Google's or Meta's own site, and any cookie set there is set by them under their own policies, not by us.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy at any time. Unless the law, or an agreement we have signed with you, requires otherwise, a change takes effect as soon as we post it here, without prior notice to you, and the version on this page is the version that applies. We recommend checking this page from time to time. Prior versions are available on request from info@coretas.ai.

Material changes to the Terms of Use themselves follow the notice process in section 19 of those Terms.
